Kirriemuir is hamlet in east-central Alberta, Canada within Special Area No. 4.[1][2] It is located on Highway 12, approximately 12 kilometers (7.5 mi) west of Altario. It has an elevation of 730 meters (2,400 ft).
Kirriemuir has a hall, a store, a playground, and two ball diamonds. The hamlet draws children from the greater area to participate on its softball teams during the summer months.
